Our nation’s current urgent needs: (1) Encouraging more people to support social distancing to “flatten the curve,” so that our hospitals don’t become overwhelmed and dysfunctional two weeks from now. (2) Getting tens of millions of additional face masks to medical professionals ASAP. (3) Getting more ventilators to hospitals within the next two weeks. (4) Determining how to get needed cash (rent and grocery money) to those who have been thrown out of work.
